Reseller partner
Resellers sell Telelogic products as part of a complete solution to meet customer needs. They take the client relationship a step further by implementing and installing the solution. And equally importantly, they work with the client on an ongoing basis to understand and meet evolving needs. Including Telelogic products in solutions, especially when combined with IBM Rational software products, better meets customer needs.
Referral partner
Referral partners are those who wish remain independent from the sales process and yet would like the flexibility to recommend Telelogic products. This type of partner makes a minimal investment in the TAPP program, yet still gains some benefits such as the the ability to recommend or influence the sale of Telelogic products. By having the Telelogic products present in the customer account, further engagement with the customer can be more fruitful.
Technology partner
Technology partners are organizations that develop and support two-way integration with Telelogic software. Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and other types of Technology partners are able to validate an integrated application through this program. This validation helps to grow customer relationships and helps demonstrate the type of value-added that customers expect.
